    While the clinic is offline, online booking requests wait in a small cloud inbox. No clinical records are stored there.

  3. Step 3: The clinic confirms on reconnect

    When the connection returns, the clinic pulls the requests and confirms them, so double bookings cannot happen.

  4. Step 4: Patients get an SMS

    Each patient gets an SMS once their booking is confirmed.
