How we handle your information

Kister Tech ([ADD LEGAL COMPANY NAME], registration no. [ADD REGISTRATION NUMBER]), Ridge View Gardens Estate, 11B, Ghana. Contact us about privacy at ceo@kistertech.com or on 053 486 2796.

Your name, organisation or clinic, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service you choose, and the project details you write.

Only your name and phone number are required.

To reply to your request and discuss the work you asked about. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

When you send the form, your request is emailed to the Kister Tech team through our email delivery provider (Resend). If you choose "Open WhatsApp", your request is passed to WhatsApp, which handles it under its own privacy policy.

We keep requests for [ADD RETENTION PERIOD], then delete them unless they become part of an ongoing engagement.

The site stores a few small items in your own browser only: your light or dark theme choice, whether you dismissed the "new name" notice, and an unsent draft of the consultation form so you do not lose your typing. A draft is removed once your request is sent. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

If you use the "Ask Kister Tech" assistant, your questions are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate answers. Please do not share personal or health information with it.

Under Act 843 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

We will update this page if anything changes. Last updated: [ADD DATE].
